JP2 Club Terms & Conditions
Please initial beside each Term to signify understanding and consent.
Lift and Rental Tickets
___ I understand that notice to attend a ski event is due by 8:00 pm on the Thursday before the Sunday of the event. Each lift and rental ticket is good for one person per day the ticket was issued. Lift and Rental tickets are nonrefundable. There are no additions or deletions after 8:00 pm on Thursday.
___ I understand that once a family signs up on the Thursday before the Sunday of the event, the tickets will be reserved under the main contact at the JP2 Check-in Desk. Once the owner of the ticket(s) has been given their tickets from the front desk, they can disperse tickets accordingly to whom they choose on the day of the event. If someone in the group is sick, the owner of the tickets can give the lift or rental ticket to whomever they choose. JP2 Club is not responsible for coordinating or dispersing the tickets for the main contact.
JP2 Club Check-In Desk
___ I understand that there will be a JP2 Club Check-in Desk with a Chaperone present at all times to help: distribute lift and rental tickets, be the Emergency contact, be the recipient of lost and found Items, and will check children off the list if they are being picked up by someone other than the parent.
Private Room Reservations
___ I understand that JP2 Club ski outings are private functions. Use of the private room is contingent upon buying a lift ticket the day of the event through the JP2 Club. Each private room has occupancy limits. Priority of use is given to JP2 Club lift ticket holders for that day. Extra guests must be confirmed in advance.
Season Pass Holders and Other Pass Holders
___ Skiers who have free passes through the Fourth-Grade pass program can join a JP2 Club ski event with another paying adult or youth who paid the JP2 Club for a lift ticket on that day. Skiers/boarders who have other ski/board passes not purchased through the JP2 Club like the ski resort’s Season Pass, Indy Pass or other programs, can join the JP2 Club private function: 1. If there is room available. 2. If they pay a door charge of $10 per person or $20 per family the day of the event. Contact the JP2 Club in advance to verify room availability.
Code of Conduct
___ I understand that each skier is expected to abide by the “Code of Conduct” rules listed at each ski resort. If a chaperone sees misconduct, a warning will be given. If the misconduct continues, the JP2 Club reserves the right to remove the lift ticket and the person will be asked to leave. Potluck
___ One of the unique advantages of skiing with the JP2 Club is being able to bring our own food and drinks from home to prepare and share with others. I understand that this is a great opportunity and an exception for most ski resorts. I agree to help provide a food or drink option the day my family and I attend the event.
Weather
___ I understand that if temperatures do not reach at least a high of 1 degree the day of the event, the JP2 Club reserves the right to cancel the event and reschedule a make-up day. A cancellation notice will be emailed at 8:00 am the day of the event.
I hereby understand and agree to the Above Terms & Agreements listed above:
