Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sign up for all the ski events?
No. You can pick and choose which ski outing best works for you! By paying before December 5th, you are guaranteed the best ticket price.
What payment methods does JP2 Club accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept PayPal.
The price is more expensive than my home school outing. Why is that?
The JP2 Club ski outings take place during the most expensive day of the week, Sunday. We believe in creating experiences for the whole family. Home school ski days take place during the most inexpensive days of the week (Monday through Friday and during daytime hours), and that is why they are cheaper. At times, the JP2 Club works with ski resorts to reserve a private room, this added benefit is factored into the ticket price as well.
Are ski and snowboard lessons available?
Yes! This year we are offering a range of ski lessons in December. A day of lessons will be offered on a Saturday at Hyland Hills Ski Area in Bloomington, MN. More details to come in October.
When do I have to let you know what ski outing I would like to attend?
This year the JP2 Club is not requiring a confirmation that you will attend an event. Simply sign-up and pay for the day you'd like to ski, then we will see you on that day.
What is the latest I can sign-up for a ski outing?
Lift and Rental tickets need to be purchased the Thursday before the Saturday or Sunday of the event before 8:00 pm.
What happens if I get sick after I signed-up to attend a ski outing? Can I get a refund?
JP2 Club would like all members to take good care of themselves. If for whatever reason you are feeling sick, by all means stay at home. You can gift or sell your lift or rental tickets to another person. Unfortunately, lift and rental tickets are non-refundable. All money from the resale of the ticket should be handled by the owner of the lift and rental tickets.
